A couple weeks ago, I was rewatching GOT. The first time I watched the series, I was in undergrad. This time, almost 7 years later, I was watching with a different lens and maturity than the first time. I got to the scene where Arya and Sansa reunite. Shortly after the initial pleasantries, they are arguing and Sansa tells Arya “you never would have survived what I’ve survived”. Now, those of us watching know that both of them suffered greatly, albeit in different ways. Ha
